    Device Information: This includes your device's unique identifier, operating system version, and IP address. This information is collected through third-party services like Google Play Services.

    Health Data: With your explicit consent, we may access data from Apple Health or Google Fit through Health Connect. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

    To provide and improve the App: We use device information to ensure the App functions properly and to diagnose any errors. We may use Health Connect data (with your consent) to personalize your experience in the App.

    To analyze usage: We may use anonymized device information to understand how users interact with the App and to improve its features.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will not share your personal information with any third party except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share anonymized device information with analytics providers to help us understand how users interact with the App.

4. Data Retention

We will retain your device information for as long as necessary to provide and improve the App. We will delete your Health Connect data upon your request (see "Your Rights" below).

    Consent Withdrawal: If you have consented to the collection of Health Connect data, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Data Encryption & Security

We take strict steps to protect your sensitive health information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 

  • Sensitive health data is stored on cloud through a thirdparty provider, Beamable.
  • Beamable operates inside a private VPC on Amazon Web Services. 
  • There is no public internet access outside of the service interfaces that require authorization by players and developers from game clients to our servers over a loadbalancer. 
  • All requests to this loadbalancer follow industry standard SSL/TLS. 
  • Data sent to Beamable goes to Mongo DB Atlas storage over a private VPC link. 
  • All Beamable data is encrypted at rest.

However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Play Store Data Safety Label

Our Play Store data safety labels will accurately reflect the information we collect and how it is used. We will update the labels whenever there is a change in our data practices.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the App.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
